Shipping policy
We try our best to send out your products on time Tuesday-Friday, excluding public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday or Monday, your order will be shipped the following business day due to high volumes of orders during these times.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Please take care to fill out your full name and correct address at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that delivery notes at checkout are for courier purposes only. For any questions regarding your order, please contact info@kineiris.com.au prior to making your purchase.
Orders within Australia are primarily shipped via (COURRIER) and delivered with authority to leave.
EXPRESS, RURAL and PO BOX DELIVERY CUT OFF TIME is 9:30AM (Melbourne Time)
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If the shipping service returns an order to us that is non-deliverable for any reason (insufficient address, refused, missed the package, etc), an additional shipping fee will be charged to return the package to you, once it has been returned to us. We do not accept returns on these orders unless they comply with our return policy.
- We don’t accept requests for change of address.
- If any issues arise with an order (damaged, missing, etc.) and we don’t hear back from the buyer within 14 days, we will consider the issue resolved.
International Shipping:
- It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that the importing and exporting requirements of your country have been met, failure to do so may result in your product to be seize and not delivered to you. You are responsible for any customs tax, fees, or charges that might occur.Please contact your country’s customs department prior to ordering to find out what these fees will be. If the buyer refuses the package for any reason, a refund will not be issued. We do not have any contact with foreign customs agencies. If your order is held in customs and then returned to us for any reason, and you would like a refund instead of paying a reshipment fee, there will be a restocking fee charged.
