Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION

We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Custom or personalised orders can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  1. In the case of Faulty products at the earliest convenience after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect (provided that the Buyer shall be deemed to have inspected the product as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 3 days after receipt of product). A photograph or video of product should be sent via our email info@kineiris.com.au , with a description of the fault in the product so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

All products which are returned by the Buyer to the Seller must be returned in their original packaging (which the Buyer should retain for the purpose) and the product must be in an unused, undamaged condition.

REFUND POLICY

  • Buyers are responsible for contacting us prior to returning any items, within 3 days of delivery and items should be shipped within 7 days of delivery.
  • There will be no partial returns on items and no partial refunds will be issued. If multiple items of the same listing are ordered they all must be returned for a refund to be issued. Buyers are not permitted to pick certain items out of “multi-quantity” listings and return others. For example: if 3 items are purchased, all 3 must be returned to us for the refund to be honored.

After receiving your item, to request a return contact us via email info@kineiris.com.au.

Buyers are responsible for return of shipping cost.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, which means unused, undamaged and resalable condition, in original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase via email when submitting your request and the tracking number should be sent to us immediately after shipping the item back to us. If returns criteria are not fully met, we have the right to refuse a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kineiris.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you the address, and the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will NOT be accepted.

Kineiris will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns/packages during transit. If details are incorrect (e.g address) which may cause parcels to get lost or be delayed during shipment, it is the responsibility of the Buyer, and a refund will not be given. We strongly encourage you to check all details before submitting your request and shipping the items. It is the Buyers responsibility to follow all directions – if the package is sent back to you with postage due, it is the Buyers responsibility. Kineiris will not reimburse additional charges.

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund is approved or not.A refund will not be issued for any returned item that appears different than the photos the buyer sent prior to requesting the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund into your bank account.

In the case that we are out of the office for several days and cannot respond to your return request immediately, we will still honor a return.
